Our Guimauve mallows are produced in France to a traditional recipe using egg whites and sugar, creating a light and fluffy mallow, infused with vanilla.
Ingredients:
Sugar, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, water, egg white from free‐range hens, humectant: sorbitols, beef gelatin, vanilla extract from Madagascar, exhausted vanilla pods, corn starch, colour: curcumin.
Allergy Information: This product may contain traces of gluten and nuts. Manufactured in France with vanilla from Madagascar.
