Keema Curry Mochi Gratin

Use up leftover rice cakes and make this gratin

Ingredients for 1-2 people

1 bag curry keema

3 Rice cakes

40g Cheese

How to Make

Cooking time 8 minutes

1. Put half the curry into a baking dish, cut up the rice cakes and place on top of curry.

2. Add the remaining curry on top of the rice cake layer, cover with cheese.

3. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600W
