Mild Green Curry With Seafood

A dish with plenty of seafood, not spicy.

Ingredients for 3-4 people


1 bag of Green Curry

200g Clams

80g Boiled Octopus

6 large Shrimp

2 fillets of Sea Bream

1 clove Garlic

1 Tbsp Olive oil

3 Tbsp White wine

6 cherry tomatoes

1/4 lemon

5 Basil leaves

How to Make


Preparation

  • Wash the clams well and soak in salt water.
  • Cut boiled octopus into small pieces
  • Peel shrimp leaving only the tail.
  • Cooking time 30 minutes

    1. Crush the garlic and cut the tomatoes in half

    2. Put crushed garlic and olive oil into a frying pan on a low heat.

    3. Add to the pan sea bream fillets, clams, octopus, shrimp and tomatoes. Pour in white wine, cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.

    4. Pour the green curry mixture into the pan. Cover and steam for 1 minute.

    5. Serve in a bowl and top with basil and lemon.
