What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store in your browser or on your computer's hard drive if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. We also use other forms of technologies which serve a similar purpose to cookies, and which allow us to monitor and improve our website. When we talk about cookies in this Cookie Policy, this term includes these similar technologies. If you would like more information about our privacy practices, please consult our Privacy Policy.
First-party cookies are cookies that are set by the website you are visiting, for example our own website. We also use third-party cookies, i.e., cookies that are placed by our authorised service providers.
Types of cookies
We use the following types of first-party and third-party cookies:

- Functionality cookies. These are used to recognise you when you return to our website. This allows us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (e.g., your choice of language or region).
- Advertising cookies. These cookies remember your visit to our website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We use this information to customise our website and the advertising displayed on it to better match your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.
Your consent
Apart from strictly necessary cookies, we only use cookies if you give your consent. You can manage and withdraw your consent at any time in your cookie settings. If you give your consent, this is our legal basis. We store your consent in a cookie so that it can be assigned to you or your device so that you do not have to consent again when you return to our website. If you give your consent, we create and store a pseudonymous user ID. Web analytics and targeted advertising
We use service providers that offer web analytics and targeted advertising services to analyse how our users use our website and how we can customise our website and advertising. Below you will find more information about the individual web analytics and targeted advertising service providers we use.
Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland and Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (together "Google"). Where you give your consent, Google Analytics installs analytics or performance cookies on your device to help us analyse your use of our website, compile reports on your internet activity for us and provide other services relating to our website. The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, place and frequency of your visits to our website, including your IP address, is sent to Google and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Our website uses IP anonymisation so that Google truncates and thus anonymises your IP address before transmitting it to the United States.
Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google guarantees that your IP address will not be associated with any other data stored by you.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by Google Analytics by downloading and installing the corresponding browser add-on: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Alternatively, you can manage and withdraw your consent to at any time in your cookie settings.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager ("GTM"), a tag management system from Google, to manage JavaScript and HTML tags that are used to track and analyse websites. Tags are small code elements that are used to measure website traffic and visitor behaviour. GTM makes it easier for us to integrate and manage our tags. We use GTM on our website to integrate the following tracking tools: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
Meta Pixel
Our website uses Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin and Meta Platforms, Inc. 601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA (together "Meta"). Where you give your consent, Meta places analytics, performance or targeting cookies on your device to collect information about your visit to our website (e.g., your IP address and the actions you have taken on our website) so that we can track the effectiveness of our adverts on Facebook and provide you with adverts that are relevant to you via Facebook.
Meta combines data collected through the use of Meta Pixel on our website with data from other sources to improve and target advertising. If you do not have a Facebook account, the data will not be used and will be deleted. If you have a Facebook account, Facebook can recognise you from your IP address the next time you log in to Facebook and send you advertising based on the information collected during your visit to our website.
To prevent Meta from installing cookies on your device, you can manage and withdraw your consent to cookies at any time in your cookie settings.
Google Ads
We work with Google’s advertising platform and set browser cookies to measure ad and campaign performance and conversion rates for Google ads. For example, cookies that start with ‘_gac_’ come from Google Analytics and are used to measure user activity and the performance of our ad campaigns. Cookies that start with ‘_gcl_’ are primarily used to help advertisers determine how many times users who click on their ads end up taking an action on their site, such as making a purchase. Cookies used for measuring conversion rates are not used to personalise ads. You can manage and withdraw your consent to cookies at any time in your cookie settings. Similar technologies such as the Advertising ID on Android devices can also be used to measure ad and campaign performance. You can manage your Ad ID settings on your Android device.
AWIN
Our website uses AWIN to manage our affiliate programme. AWIN uses Tracking Domain Cookies. These are cookies served by AWIN’s own domain when an end user clicks on an advertisement displayed by a Publisher. AWIN uses this information to understand which end users are referred by which Publishers to our website.
The purpose of tracking is to attribute sales and marketing effort by a publisher to a particular transaction, to enable us to reward Publishers on a per transaction basis. Tracking also allows AWIN to provide Publishers and us with related reports. The majority of these reports contain only aggregated statistical data.
AWIN doesn’t know who the end user is, simply that the same end user started their journey with the Publisher and completed it with us and that the affiliate marketing campaign was therefore successful in respect of that end user.
BigCommerce
Our website is built on the BigCommerce platform. BigCommerce and its third-party service providers use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to recognise you when you visit our website, remember your preferences, and give you a personalised experience. When you visit our websites, BigCommerce, or an authorised third party, may place a cookie on your device that collects information, including Personal Data, about your online activities over time and across different sites. Cookies allow us to track use, infer browsing preferences, and improve and customise your browsing experience. We use both session-based and persistent cookies on our websites. Persistent cookies remain on your computer when you have gone offline, while session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser.
A website may set a cookie if the browser’s preferences allow it. A browser only permits a website to access the cookies that it has set, not those set by other websites. It is possible to disable cookies through your device or browser settings, but doing so may affect your ability to use our website. For instance, we may not be able to recognise your computer or mobile device and you may need to log in every time you visit our website. You can manage and withdraw your consent to at any time in your cookie settings.

These cookies serve several purposes from enhancing user experience to ensuring data security. These cookies are controlled by Klevu global script and cannot be disabled. Klevu does not store any shopper information such as email, phone number, etc.

Users can agree to the storage of cookies on their device by clicking "Accept All Cookies". These cookies help with site navigation, usage analysis, and marketing efforts. Mention Me uses Cookies for helping to manage the gaming of referral programmes and to make sure we can give customers a consistent and enjoyable user experience. However, Mention Me’s referral and customer journeys rely more heavily on their tags (or APIs) sending them data and specifically use the email address of the customer for tracking of referrals (not Cookies). None of their Cookies are privacy-invading or used to track customer behaviour across sites.
