MUJI Gift Card Terms of Use

This guide explains how to use your MUJI Gift Card, including both e-gift cards and physical gift cards when shopping online at MUJI UK (uk.muji.eu) and in MUJI stores across the UK. Activation

Gift Cards are available from £10 – £200 and are issued in GBP.

Redemption

MUJI Gift Cards are redeemable online at uk.muji.eu and in MUJI physical stores within the UK only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards, e-gift cards, gift certificates, or selected third-party goods or services.

Validity

Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire, and the card will be deactivated. Purchases will be deducted from the card balance. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. Cards may be used multiple times until the balance reaches £0 or expires.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds for items purchased using gift cards will first be credited back to the original Gift Card (or to a newly issued one, if the original is unavailable). If the refund amount exceeds the original gift card value, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original bank card/payment method used at checkout. Please note, in-store returns are not accepted for online purchases. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your statutory rights. Gift cards should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Changes

Gift cards remain the property of Ryohin Keikaku Europe Limited T/A MUJI and must not be altered. MUJI reserves the right to amend the Gift Card terms and conditions at any time and to take appropriate action, including cancellation of the card, where deemed necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
