MUJI Easter Wheel – Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This Easter promotion is run by Ryohin Keikaku Europe Limited.

2. Eligibility

The Easter Wheel is open to individuals aged 18 or over with a valid postal address in the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Europe Union (excluding Romania and Bulgaria). Employees of Ryohin Keikaku Europe Limited, MUJI Europe and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To spin the wheel, users must enter their email to subscribe to MUJI membership and newsletter. Non MUJI members can register and give their consent by ticking the relevant box. Existing MUJI members can enter their email and spin directly. Only one spin is permitted per customer. Multiple entries or attempts to bypass the entry system may result in disqualification.

4. Entry Period

The Easter Wheel will be available to spin from 18:00 (CET) on Monday 7 April 2025 until 10:00 (CET) on Monday 14 April 2025.

5. Offers & Odds

Each spin guarantees one of the following rewards, assigned randomly:

  • 20% Off orders over £70 / 90€ (Excludes furniture) — 20% chance
  • 10% Off orders over £30 / 40€ (Excludes furniture) — 50% chance
  • Free White Chocolate Strawberry on uk.muji.eu, france.muji.eu, germany.muji.eu, spain.muji.eu and italy.muji.eu or Free Notebook on www.muji.eu, with orders over £50 / 50€ — 30% chance. Subject to stock availability.

All rewards are single-use promo codes, valid online only. Discount applies before shipping costs and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or codes.

6. How to Claim Your Reward

The reward will appear immediately on-screen after spinning the wheel and must be redeemed by 23:59 (CET) on Monday 14 April 2025. Codes cannot be reissued once lost or expired. Enter the promo code in checkout to claim your reward.

7. Technical Limitations

MUJI Europe is not responsible for lost, delayed, interrupted, or misdirected participation due to technical issues, hardware or software failure, internet connection problems, or errors on the spinning wheel platform. If the Easter Wheel malfunctions or is tampered with in any way, MUJI reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion.

8. Data & Privacy

All data collected will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and MUJI’s Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the use of your personal data to manage your entry and provide relevant offers via email.

9. General Conditions

MUJI reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this necessary. There is no cash alternative, and rewards are non-transferable.
