Does MUJI offer Student Discount?
10% Off Student Discount
MUJI Student Discount is available to students who hold an account with Student Beans. It can be redeemed online at uk.muji.eu or participating UK stores. Simply enter the promo code at checkout to receive the discount off full-price items on orders over £20.How to redeem your Student Discount online:
• Join or sign in to Student Beans to verify your student status.• Once verified, you will receive a single-use promo code for 10% off full-priced items to redeem at checkout.
• Minimum spend £20.
In-store:
• To receive the discount at a participating store, simply show staff a valid student ID at till point.Exclusions apply:
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.• Selected product exclusions apply; cannot be used for delivery costs, shopping bags and gift card purchases.
• The discount may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• MUJI reserves the right to (I) cancel this offer at any time; (II) refuse to allow any individual to participate in this offer; (III) withdraw this offer if it is deemed that there has been inappropriate or unfair use; and (IV) amend these terms and conditions.
Does MUJI sell gift cards or vouchers?
Yes, customers can purchase E-Gift Cards online - please check here to make a purchase.
Physical gift cards are also available to purchase in-store.
Both E-Gift Cards and physical gift cards can be used for online purchases.
Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in-store for a refund. If a refund is issued for an order paid using a gift card, the refunded amount will be returned to the gift card. For split payments, any remaining balance will be refunded to the original bank card used.

How can I delete my Online Account?
In order to order to delete your account with us, please follow the steps below:
- Visit our Contact Us page on our website to enter your email address, message and submit your request.
- For security reasons, an email will be sent to you which contains a link to help us verify your registered email address, please click on the link and this will allow the IT team to proceed with your request.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further assistance.
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to make amendments to orders once they have been received for processing.
If you wish to add items to your order, please place a separate new order (with delivery costs) through the website.
If you would like to cancel your order once it has been submitted, please contact our Customer Services team.

Drop off your pre-loved MUJI items at MUJI Islington and get 10% off your next garment purchase**Excluding accessories, innerwear, socks. Only one voucher will be issued per drop-off, valid for 30 days in all MUJI Europe offline stores (excluding Ireland, Poland and Denmark).
T&C's:
- Valid in-stores only (not available at MUJI Online).
- Items to be handed in to a member of staff.
- Please ensure items are clean.
- Discount card will be presented upon recycling.
- One voucher per person, per day.
